So glad to have found Serenity, especially as I wanted an Aveda salon (amazing products / colours, no nasty chemicals and a good ethos). Teresa always does a fantastic job with my hair and she's just a really lovely person. A warm and friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced. I've used quite a few salons locally and in Cambridge, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds and Serenity is without a doubt the best experience I've had.

After not having my hair cut for at least two years as I moved to a new area and having VERY curly hair I trusted the previous reviews and got an appointment here. Safe to say I was not disappointed, my stylist was the manager Theresa and she knows how to deal with very curly hair, I left surprised that I didn't need it cut as short as I thought I would and I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

When I came to King's Lynn, I left this Salon pretty much until last to try as I thought I would be expensive. I was wrong! Compared to other Salons for a cut with a senior cutter it was considerably cheaper - and I've had the best cuts I've had since moving here.The staff are lovely & they are going above & beyond what is required to make this a safe environment in these COVID-19 times.

I have been going to this hairdresser since i was 17 and at the ripe old age of 45 I am still there. I am very fussy who cuts my hair and would not trust anyone else. The major bonus is they are an Aveda Salon which is an amazing brand. I constantly recommend people to go there. The staff are amazing and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.

Lucy is brill! My hair is wavy/curly and she knows how to cut it to make the curls look really good. People have been asking me if I curled my hair but it's natural. Super recommended. Really sweet person too, and nice to chat with.

I have just had my first colour and restyle appointment after lockdown. My hair was a dreadful mess.Teresa has performed nothing short of a miracle and completely transformed my hair by her skill of mixing the beautiful Aveda colours and then restyling my hair.I have been a customer here for many years and truly believe it's the best salon in King's Lynn.

As always, I'm delighted with my haircut. Super-careful Covid arrangements all in place. There's no better hairdressing salon in King's Lynn.

Absolutely brilliant!! Serenity Hair & Beauty Emporium stylist Lucy has styled my hair 3 times now. From the first appointment she really listened to my wish list and then offered her professional input. I listened to her - I know what I want but understand I have to respect she is the trained, experienced stylist who knows what is possible with my hair and what will enhance my looks. Since having Serenity as my regular salon I have had so many compliments (unsolicited) about my dramatic change of style which further shows what an amazing job Lucy does!The salon is lovely - smart, stylish, spotless, professional and with a calm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Really good prices too with a wide range of services and products.What I love too is that there are no gimmicks or hard sell with Serenity - just superb stylists who love their work and care for and about their clients.What more could you ask??
