Not happy with customers service. Staff need to work on people skills. Not nice for the price or portion size. Asked for more chips and was a big fuss.

Avoid this placeTerrible food and service,every time I go for food staff are rude even no smile they show there attitude like a boss today(Sunday) I went there for collection whole chicken meal they give chips with meal very less on the box I show manager and he was laughing and rude to me without saying anything he put on the box and telling me go ,what kind of service is this also chilcken was feel like rubber no taste avoid this place not value of the money

Ordered on just eat, food is actually really nice and fresh, however disappointed on the size and value for money of the portions, ordered boneless family meal instead of opting for the chicken bucket, as kids prefer boneless and the popcorn chicken, however the size of the boneless chicken dippers was so small, its what you get in a strip burger, you would expect the sizes to be much bigger, £24.99 for a popcorn chicken and very small peices of boneless chicken dippers 4 chips and 1 coleslaw, the website did say 2 sides only got 1.. Not really worth it.. .apart from that the food it self is actually very tasty and I would recommend the place but avoid buying the boneless bucket just buy the wings or chicken so you aint disappointed.. If kids like chicken popcorn they wont be disappointed with this shops one.But as i said before avoid the boneless chicken as nice as it is, its too small.. I will update my review in the near future and update any improvements..

Would’ve been 5 stars but I have a feeling they replaced the old MOZARELLA sticks with one of cheaper quality and smaller size :( PLS BRING THE OLD MOZARELLA dippers BACK they were tastier and had more cheese elasticity

I ordered the spicy combo meal, it cost £8.50 so higher than most chicken shops and didn't quite set that standard.Wings: the seasoning on the wings were really good but the chicken itself had no flavourBurger: not as flavourful as the wings, and the chicken inside was very dry. I'm assuming they maybe marinate then freeze all chicken offsite causing it to be dry and lacking flavourFries: were okay, good crunch but again lacking any flavour.It's a shame and it's a hygienic place with good options on the menu but for the price you'd expect a lot better

Visited chicken hub for the first time and honestly I had one of the best wings there. Their food quality is 10/10. Not to forget the levels of hygiene they had were good. Nice and clean sitting area aswell as nice and good food. Will definitely visit again.

Food is average but the price is high... it is the same as any other PFC food shop (it's nothing special).You can't expect a great service at a fast food restaurant".The atmosphere is dead. Staff are too busy yapping away with each other in their own language.You ask the staff

The food is lackluster. Tastes bland. Is too expensive for what it is. The place is dirty. Dark. Employees were not very friendly and there was a lack of the average chicken shop" drinks such as Mirinda Strawberry. Do not recommend."

Tried Chicken Hub for the first time and I’m already in love. Wings are spicy just at the right rate. Chips were crispy and fresh. Price is reasonable for what you get. Quick service as well.

The place is close to Thames Barrier Park and is one of the few fast-food places in the area. The decor is quite modern and clean. There is a spacious counter, but only one till for serving which can lead to queues. There is some seating available, but it can take a while for it to be cleaned after customers. The menu is big and can be complicated for choosing what to eat. The prices are standard and there are some options for those on a budget. The staff are polite and friendly. They can be forgetful, so it is important to check your order. The food is good and filling. It is popular with the locals, but there are few choices in the area. However, it fills your fast food needs well.
