For the longest time it has always been massively frustrating dealing with estate agents, especially when selling a property. But no longer! Knight Residential did everything they could to help, and communicated effortlessly and efficiently at every stage. They took photos, arranged for EPC and other surveys; they posted the details online quickly and kept me informed at every stage with viewings. I was in a chain and had the complication of selling a leasehold property first so there were a few delays during the conveyancing process but Bradley and Faye were awesome in terms of managing the relationship between myself and the seller. Great experience with Knight West! Matt was thoroughly professional from the outset, giving us a good but achievable valuation, backed up by excellent marketing material and photos. We had ten viewings and two offers of the asking price within the first week, one of which we obviously accepted, thanks to Matt's professional support and negotiations.
