Only coffee place I know that is open until 9PM on a Sunday. Enjoyed my time there with my friends and tried the 'waffle caramel latte'. It was decent but the food selection was limited (maybe because I was there 90 mins from closing time).

The branch in cineworld always been the odd one out, probably nation wide. Its in cinema itself so no natural light, they haven't replaced furniture, probably ever, so it's a rather unpleasant setting. Staff in general although not rude are not what you usually find at a Starbucks, they make you feel as if you are an inconvenience and they give impression they don't care if they take business or not. Finally because they are in a cinema they don't accept loyalty cards and they were incapable of preparing one of their festive cold drinks properly.

Best hot chocolate here-it's the only thing I buy from Starbucks as I prefer costa usually. 25p off if you take your own cup, I try to be environmentally friendly so always carry a reusable cup! Only prob here is I uploaded money onto their ap- but they don't accept it there so but dissapointed about that

Colder than their iced frappe.It's very cold in there due to where it is situated and not a place I recommend going for a cosy drink. Costa is nearby and much warmer for the winter. It also has outdoor seating in summer which I do not think Starbucks, Southwater, Telford ever has. It's a not overly uncomfortable, place to sit in the cold and drink your overpriced coffee, not a place I'd really recommend.

The staff, we’re very friendly and efficient. Me and my husband do visit very often for a coffee while going to the cinema. The only complaint I have is that the soft sofas and chairs are extremely stained and dirty and the tables aren’t wiped down when people leave, it would be a very nice pleasant place to sit while waiting for the cinema but do feel the chairs, sofas and table need a good clean.

Plenty of seating available, great for sitting and chatting before watching a film. Nice little bonus of discount with the Cineworld unlimited card for those that are within cinema buildings. Staff are polite and friendly, especially when open late for the midnight releases and double bills at the cinema.

This is a franchise store by cineworld so they don’t accept the app for payment or collecting of points unfortunately. The store is clean and has plenty of comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and happy

Top notch frappucino! Quiet for a weekday and regularly frequented by cinemagoers. The Staff are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Requested a frappucino with vegan cream. No vegan cream sadly, but instead got my drink filled all the way to the top of the spherical lid.
