Top mechanics. Only garage I’ve left my bikes with. Excellent communication and superb service in both the Leyton and Hornsey locations. They’ve helped me get my zx6r back on the roads after an accident. They pointed me in the right direction to get the genuine parts at good prices. Overall amazing experience and will recommend to anyone.

Ain't got a clue about bikes but they will say they do to charge u. Then end up with a broken down bike then u tell them I never had this issue what have you done to it they say bring it back but the problem never gets solved and u end up with no option but to get a new bike. Now your left with £2000 loss.

I've went to them with a loom electrical issue that 4 garages couldn't fix, their mechanics found and fixed the issue in less than 3 hours, as well as giving me a great explanation of the issue and the fix, I have been faced with great customer service from the entire team as well as amazing prices considering the amount of work needed to complete the job

I used to be a satisfied customer. I now have no bike because of your incompetent mechanics.I rode the bike to the garage for them to check it because the bike felt unbalanced ever since they had changed the ignition and made a noise upon turning. The new manager (Tom) rode it and verified the issue and they put the bike on the ramp to check it while I was outside talking with him. Next thing they say the steering is not turning. This is exactly what had happened when someone tried to steal the bike and so I took it to them to fix it and now returned because that fix did not feel good. They took no responsibility and said it was a coincidence it happened on their ramp. They claimed because they did not open the bike up they could have not created the damage. But the people who tried to steal it and left it with the steering not turning they also never opened the bike. When i heard the noise and looked in the workshop I saw their mechanic violently tilting the wheels so clearly he created the same damage and I'm not implying it was intentional but it happened in their hands.Their new manager Tom is not one who knows how to handle situations. He has zero empathy and couldn't care less about the customer. I spoke to Gabriel on the phone. Gabriel then said he doesn't want to fix the bike because of its model and he offered my money back from the last repair as he admitted his mechanic back then was not careful with customer's bikes (he had also broken my rear light and made some scratches while in their garage). We agree on a refund for the work done last time and to drop the bike to another mechanic of my choice. But my other mechanic had no availability to take it in straight away. So they dropped it outside the house. Remember when i left it i was not drivable because the steering was not turning. When they bring it to me, I notice the steering now IS turning! How?oh but one second the bike is not starting now.I take the battery and charge it. Still not starting. They claimed again that they did nothing and didn't touch the bike and magically it was not starting. The steering is also magically turning more. All changes happened on their ramp, they did nothing though.Under the saddle they left the engine cover opened with screws missing and some tools laying around. It’s been a nightmare.I don’t know what they did to the bike but probably they tried to fix their first mistake and created a bigger problem. The place feels like a playground for youngsters and you get the same feeling by the mechanic and their new manager. I appreciate Gabriel's refund, I never had issues with him before. But he's not running the shop now and he failed this time as he did not want to admit his new team and his replacement messed up.The new manager even lied to me about the driver not being around to deliver the bike. Things he did not need to lie about, but he did - because he is not trustworthy.I hope you will get something out of this review and not get into trouble like i did. They damaged my bike and took no responsibility for any of the things that happened ever since they put it on their ramp. Both Gabriel and Tom said a different story as a response to the same questions on what they did and now it's not starting but the steering is turning..I now have a bike that is not starting, I have no feedback on what they have done, i need to pay for recovery and to fix the mess they created. And i rode my bike there. Please save yourself the lies and the trouble and go to a place with serious professionals. Sad to say this as I have been a loyal customer to them and never expected this behaviour.

I recently had my motorcycle serviced at Street Motorbikes in Leyton, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they provided top-notch service that deserves nothing less than 5 stars!First and foremost, the staff at Street Motorbikes were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do, and that passion reflects in the quality of their work. The service itself was impeccable. My motorcycle now runs like a dream, and I can feel the difference in performance after the thorough service they provided. They used high-quality parts and paid attention to even the smallest details. It's evident that they take pride in their work and aim for perfection. Not only was the service exceptional, but the turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was fair and transparent. There were no surprise fees or hidden charges, which is something I greatly appreciate.Overall, I can't recommend Street Motorbikes in Leyton highly enough. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly place to service your motorcycle, this is the place to go. They have certainly earned my trust and my future business.
