Good service but unfortunatly the paint colour match is appauling. Furthermore this also varies drasically between their own tins.

Excellent service. Keenly priced. Discount for cash. Covers well and has good capillary flow off a decent brush.

1 month on and still not received my paint no help from the company only lies

Previously purchased paint from Black Country Paints via Amazon but I recommend going to them direct. We needed more paint to finish a job with a deadline and one call to Adam and the (specialist) paint needed was mixed and shipped in time for next day delivery. Exemplary service. Will certainly be using again. Many thanks.

Purchased a yacht enamel to repaint the steel hull on my boat. Excellent finish when using a short mohair roller.The delivery was swift, the price better than branded yacht paints.

On Wednesday 21st June placed order which promised delivery Friday 23rd June...waited all day...had email from FedEx saying failed delivery...complete lie I have dogs who would of barked...also I was painting my front garden walls!! Another email from FedEx parcel delayed in Launceston (we live in Cornwall) phoned company no reply...phoned several times no reply...but they only work til 4.30 and til 2.30 on a Friday...my husband has phoned too...we've been given another order number...email from Adam stating in black and white it will finally be delivered today the 29th June...fed ex delivered to my neighbour not here he just drove by...the new order number given shows still in Wolverhampton...what a lying company...useless on the phone don't reply to emails took my money no paint and just BS all the way...do not recommend...go elsewhere even if you have to pay a bit extra...incompetence at the highest level, dishonest waste of time even dealing with them...lazy can't be bothered staff!!! Don't waste your money on this sham company!!!

Great company. We have used 100's of litres of their products and they have always been great. We are hoping to expand our use of BC paint products.

Direct to metal paint.Bought this paint 4 months ago arrived well packaged and sealed,i used their direct to metal paint on some mild steel and i am well impressed of the outcome beautifull finish and touch dry within and hour im going to be going for a second coat later on today, if your painting mild steel then i highly recommend this stuff ill be ordering more in due course. Thanks.
