Really lovely people, accommodated me at the last minute. Great skills also - Ilenya did a huge work on my hair (colour, cut, treatment, etc) and I am very happy with the result. Hello, the salon is very lovely and competent, I come here to do my nails, first time I was really impressed, nails turned out ideal, all same length and structure was really done well! Im a regular now, Im always doing nails with Rasa, great experience and I keep loving my nails for a month straight. Really high quality. I like my nails with styled nail art so she is capable to make it and come to reality

It is not easy for me to change hairdressers as I am pretty fussy, but I had no choice, so I searched close to me and booked easily thru google at Beauty Lounge Green. The staff was very friendly they reassured me they have the best hairdressers and for sure they had. I am very happy with the cut, definitely coming back because they were professional and nice.

I bought a groupon for this place for 2 reasons: its closer to home than my usual place and I’m heavily pregnant, and the deal was cheaper than my usual.Safe to say i wont be going back.The place was untidy, i barely got a welcome.My usual salon ask if i want a drink, a safe place to keep my bag/coat, sit me down and go through what i want, but nothing like that here. The lady with dark hair didn’t even intro herself. When i asked if i should sit in the chair she told me in broken english “just tell me what you want first”. I couldn’t understand her well nor her me.She was going to use the same towel around my neck as she did for the guy before me and i asked her to use a new towel and she told me it’s not for my head. But it was clearly wet and dirty and i didn’t want that tucked into my neck. The lady that overheard gave her a new towel and she said “ok i use a new one”.Once in the chair she started cutting my hair. I barely understood what she said and i know she didn’t understand what i wanted. Whenever i would mention something i want or prefer, it seemed like she would get annoyed with me and kept telling me to wait till she’s finished. She said something about more layers costing more but i never wanted layers in the first place. When i said i wanted the length a bit shorter she did not understand and told me to wait till she’s done. At the end, i asked if she could put my parting back in its usual place and she got annoyed and handed me the comb to do it myself saying “better if you do it”!! Never experienced rudeness like that in a salon before.The haircut itself turned out fine as i never wanted anything drastic to begin with, just a trim.On the way out there was hardly any enthusiasm from the staff and i was happy to be out of there!Edit: it seems from the reviews that they are nice and accommodating to mainly eastern European people, could be the language barriers but i hope they up their game for their own sakeEdit after response: just want to say I never mentioned “hot” drink, nor did I actually expect a drink. I was just using this as an example to compare to the standards of my usual salon

I love this place and the girls who hard work there are just amazing! I am going monthly here for my nails done by the talented Rasa and she is just super professional and lovely! I rely on Mihaela for waxing and facials and for hair both Fazy and Ary are phenomenal. Highly recommended!

She was not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and attentive thorough the entire process.
