Something was a little off… maybe the fruit flies flying around, or the uncomfortable bench, or everything being smaller then what they looked in the pictures… tasty brisket burger though … was nice place to go once … not my style

Sadly had a very poor service experience. First we were accidentally given one extra burger. This was then taken back from which I am guessing has gone to somebody else…I understand that they have made a mistake but this was just the beginning. A lot of the dishes were not available and although burgers are nice size was small and fries costed a lot on top as well. In the end we were also over charged…there was an extra burger…on our recipe even-though they took it from us..on top of this they said that this has been happening couple of times on the same day..now we realised this but surely they would have been more careful if this has happened couple of times. On top of this a service fee..sadly we will not be back..

We had brisket spring rolls, chicken nuggets, chips, burgers.Everyone knows the Black Bear burgers are some of the best in the London, but what really surprised me me was how delicious the sides were! All the food was super impressive here. The vibe in here is also really good and the staff friendly and helpful. Drinks are good too!Edit: I revisited last night and unfortunately our experience was significantly worse. All of our food came out cold and the service was really inattentive. Took me about 10 minutes trying to a waitresses attention. Music was also too loud. Therefore unfortunately is losing a star. The food is still great though.

The best burger in London, no doubt. Starters were also incredible.And the little ice cream cone was a great touch to finish the meal.

Brisket burgers are elite! It’s my go to burger and black bear. Price as a whole is very pricey but when you have a spare 20 you’ve got to go here on an empty stomach, I promise you will not be disappointed. Also if you’re gluten intolerant I advise bringing your own burger buns and you can enjoy with your gluten friends.

The burger was so good here! Unfortunately they didn’t have the Brisket Burger, so I went for the Miso Bacon Burger, but it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in London! The nuggets were a delicious starter too and finishing off with complimentary ice cream was a lovely touch. Recommend, but maybe for a lunch spot as menu options go quickly!

Very friendly staff but the food was very sadly disappointing especially given the hype and reviews. The burger was very okay (maybe it was an off day) and the beef brisket spring rolls which I was very excited to try were just too salty to enjoy :(

Definitely my new favourite burger place in London! I absolutely love their burgers in terms the quality of the meat and how it’s cooked. I always share fries and chicken nuggets with my friends when we go there and the portions are just right. And they serve icecream at the end which is really cute. Would 100% recommend.
