Just wanted to praise the excellent customer service provided by Fayzur Rahman today. He helped me and my husband find bathroom tiles , ordering tile samples, and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to show other tile ranges that would work, as well as helping us with carrying the heavy samples to the car. It's great to see that this level of service still exists today. I would definitely recommend this tile store!An update on my previous review. Again, I will reiterate the fantastic customer service I have received from the team at BC Ceramics (Birmingham), in particular Fayzur, who ensured that my wall & floor tiles arrived in time for my bathroom fitters. In fact, I rang the day before for a further order of floor tiles, which he managed to get delivered in store the very next day. This is the difference between the big chains and the smaller stores, they understand customer service and strive to give you the best as shown by the fact that Fayzur ensured my further order of tiles matched the original batch I had, by personally coming to the house and matching them up. This experience has made me look at the smaller stores before venturing to the bigger chains. Well done BC Ceramics - Birmingham!

Went out for a browse and came across bc ceramics to look at tiles and what selection is available. I seen a few tiles that caught my eye straight away which looked amazing. I was approached by a helpful staff member who gave me great advice about my upcoming project. I will definitely be coming back here to place my order.

Lovely selection of pattern tiles, and very reasonable price. Showroom was clean tidy and easy to navigate around. Also seeing 50 shades of grout was mind blowing in a good way.

Excellent customer service off fayzur, the products available and the knowledge has is very helpful. Although I have found cheaper tiles elsewhere but the customer service is what keeps on bringing me back. Real credit to the store

I was looking for something unusual for my small passage. I found these tiles at the Birmingham branch. Really great service, the tiles arrived sooner than quoted. The manager was really helpful and gave me some ideas on a matching blue grout. Would definitely go back. I can’t wait to get them laid. Recommended!

Went into their showroom recently to explore some tile options for a new bathroom, the manager Fraizer was extremely helpful and it was obvious he knew his stuff! Overall great selections, a little pricey but seems worth it. Would recommend :)

Purchased all my tiles at B.C. Ceramics Birmingham as part of some major refurb work throughout my property consisting of 3 bathrooms, flooring and decorative split face tiles. Fayzur the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, whilst pricing was very competitive. Mainly purchased Italian porcelain which looks absolutely stunning with quality to match. Highly recommended!!!

I have been to many tile shops over the last few months and B.C Ceramics has by far been the most pleasant experience. Fayzur, the store manager along with the other staff members are very helpful and they genuinely go out their way to offer the best advice and recommendations. The selection of tiles is good and the prices are very reasonable compared to other tile shops that I have visited. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for new tiles.

I went to B.C Ceramics after visiting a number of stores such as B&Q, Topps Tiles, Tile Mountain, Wickes etc. Shockingly poor choice at all of those stores. I went to B.C Ceramics not expecting to find what I wanted but that certainly wasn't the case. The extensive range of tiles and the way they are displayed helped me to make a choice about which tiles I wanted and I have no shame in admitting I am very fussy! B.C Ceramics also stocked quite an extensive range from Porcelanosa which I love! Their Procelanosa range is also much cheaper than it is online or direct from a Porcelanosa store. Fayzur was extremely helpful in helping me select the correct type of adhesive and grout. He is a credit to B.C Ceramics. I will definitely be back to purchase more tiles for my kitchen and hallway. Thank you!!

I went to the store a few days ago and the store manager Fayzur was very helpful and gave me really good advice on which tiles to buy for my house, keeping in mind my budget. Their tiles are top quality and very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them. Thanks a lot for the brilliant customer service - I will surely buy from you again!
