Horrific experience, refused to action things in a cost effective manner for me. Asked them repeatedly to purchase previously conducted property searches on a house I was buying which were well in date. Kauldhar solicitors flat out refused to listen to me, to the point where they were avoiding my phone calls. Had to end business with them and go with the solicitor that already had the searches. This solicitor is cheap for a reason, they are slow and talk down to their clients. Avoid at all costs.

We recently used Kauldhar and co to deal with our house sale and purchase. I would say they were an integral part of us actually getting everything done on time and actually exchanging before our mortgage offer ran out. Without them it would of fell apart. They had great communication and explained things to us clearly and kept us updated. We could ring them and nothing would be too much trouble.Highly recommend these guys!
