Staff are nice service is good, but not professional with gel paint. They are best to do classic simple manicure and pedicure.

First time I went in young girl started of doing my nails was my fault as I picked almond shape n didn’t like them bloke took over I asked to cut down and do round shoe which he did great and coloured lovely but the young girl made my nails flat on top and nails go upNot happy with them

Been there 3/4 times now.. service is amazing every time. Friendly, they joke around, get to know their customers and what they like and good atmosphere. They do really good nails & if they make a mistake, they’ll fix it. Family run business and they’re honestly lovely. Best nail place in Dagenham right now :)

Worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. Pedicure was done by young boy. He was very harsh with the nails, very unprofessional and did unsatisfactory work. It is very unhygienic, he cut my nail and put glue on it. He overpainted my nails and was cleaning with his own fingers to fix it. I left very unhappy and definitely never coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone!

Bad customer service. Didn’t give me the colour nails I wanted and basically told me to deal with it. Over priced for the quality of nails. They refused to let me leave even after I had paid them money which severely delayed me and it felt racially motivated to me. If you are black don’t come here!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Very rude people they kept telling me different prices so I asked first when I come in the man said 40 pounds infill when I come back they started doing my nails they told me is 70 I asked how why telling me different prices and why u guys not straight forward. then they changed again to 65 to 60 pounds I was confused I asked again so that I could have a clear answer they all started shouting at me some talking their language very rude and every time u go in they change the prices and they start doing things u don't ask for. The lady in there is very rude. It was my second time and never again I can't recommend this place.

Stuffy little place with bad ventilation, so you have to suffocate while doing your nails inhaling all the fumes. Staff unprofessional, chatting none stop in their language and loud (shouting like), my head is splitting by the end of it. Nail quality is mediocre. Nail removal leaves your nail in bad condition, no care taken.Using the same tools for peducure. Tell customers to get out!! Omg find another place!!

I’ve been coming here for over year but will never step foot there again after. They are racist to black people and clearly treat their preferred customers differently. The man literally said “black girl” and shook his head when I showed him that some of my nail was not fully painted. They get upset when you don’t like how they did the nails and start shouting and causing a fuss. Makes you feel very uncomfortable to even say something. I’m only leaving a review so they can see
