Called John at 4pm to repair my 93 year old dad's cold water tank ball valve that was causing the overflow to run at the back of the house. He was at the house within half an hour and did the repair quickly and at a very reasonable price. Very impressed. Would recommend.

John came out the same day to trace & access a leak. Identified the problem immediately and was able to repair the same day. Followed up when a further issue arose and repaired. Great service

Having seen all the positive reviews I thought I would give John a try after a plumber that we had known and used for many years had made a complete mess of a tap installation and it was leaking. Initially I spoke to John over the phone and he was helpful/empathetic. John asked if the leak needed dealing with urgently, or could wait till today. I said that today will be fine. John arrived on time and sorted out our leaking tap. John is helpful, courteous and polite, knows his stuff. Charges also were very reasonable and fair. John also has very good attention to detail and explains exactly what he is doing and does not mind being asked questions. These qualities are very important to me when I have any tradesmen working in my house. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family. Thanks

Toilet couplings kaputt, water everywhere, utter nightmare! Called John and he was here within 30 minutes. Sorted! Did an excellent job, talked us through and was very reasonably priced. We were quoted at least twice his price by some plumbers, which I found astonishing. Highly recommended and we're very pleased to have found him.

Was really impressed with John. Had a leak from the bathroom sink and he sorted it really quickly. He knows what he is doing, discusses the various options with you, doesn't frighten you with a worse case scenario and is honest. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone I know.
