Never ever again. I bought groupon voucher to make my eyelashes, it was a complete disaster! I went the next day to them to fix it, but they couldn't change it. I have this silly lashes for 3 or more weeks! For my birthday!!! For my traveling!! And at work!! Seriously never ever again!!! They even didn't offer my to come back after my travelling or gave me a voucher! Nothing. I just know if could I would give them -3 stars!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting for a 2 hour massage, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were attentive to my needs and very professional. I will definitely return again. Thank you Rohina.

Had been greeted by Henrietta not long after I passed the door. I was there for a massage which I really enjoyed. Henrietta is very professional, she took time to explain to me how she will work and what to do before we start. Always with a smile and a professional and relaxed attitude. I really recommend her and the salon and planned to come back soon.

Definitely recommend and looking forward to my next visit. I had my hair cut and coloured. The hairdresser was able to fit me in even though I was running very late and she finished a lot later than scheduled. As promised writing this excellent review, as she really went out of her way for me. Clean and fresh unlike many other places I have gone to.

I brought a Groupon voucher for SHELLAC for hands and nails. My experience was so bad I wondered if I was on some sort of prank tv show. From the booking experience to the quality of the service provided, I struggle to find a positive. If you can't be bothered to read my long review, at least take this away: THEY DO NOT USE SHELLAC, THEY USE A CHEAPER PRODUCT CALLED BLUESKY WHICH IS AWFUL IN COMPARISON.I booked the appointment with 2 days notice. I then called the next day asking if I could reschedule. They said no, that they very strictly held to their 24 hour cancellation policy. I did point out I wasn't cancelling and merely wanted to reschedule (and had missed the deadline by only a couple hours). They still refused and said they'd keep my appointment on the books and it was up to me whether I wanted to attend.So I decided to attend the appointment as originally booked even though it was very inconvenient for me. I go there and a lady (who I presume was the manager/owner) comes out and tells me the technician went home because she was sick and they assumed I had cancelled. I said someone had told me they'd keep my appointment on book. She then offered to reschedule to the day I wanted to - so they could reschedule and just wanted to be inflexible for no reason! I don't know if they treated me this way because I had a voucher or if that's their usual customer service, but I use vouchers fairly often and have never experienced such poor and rude service.So after a wasted trip I go again the next day. They're incredibly busy and I'm made to wait ten minutes. The technician was nice enough, but as they're doing the treatment I notice they're not using Shellac brand polish! It was a brand called Bluesky which is a cheaper product you can find online. It looked bad, like I had just painted my nails myself. It started chipping off after a day (when I get shellac it can last for up to 5 weeks). As I was doing the treatment, I overheard a girl who also had a Groupon voucher and was also rudely refused a reschedule.Note: This happened in August 2017. I've been meaning to post a review because it was so bad and have finally remembered to do it.

Bought a group on voucher. They barely had any colours, the girl gave me the worst, shabbiest looking shellac ever. Then when I asked her to tidy it up around the edges she refused, saying that it was my own fault for not booking a proper manicure. When I showed my nails to my colleagues at work, they cried with laughter and a bad manicure is now known as a 'croydon manicure' in our office. Oh and because they use rubbish quality polish, it all peeled off anyway within 48hrs (should last approx 10days at least). I spoke to the owner to complain, asked for a refund. She didn't respond after I asked for the refund. The girl who did my pedicure was, at least, quite friendly. Apart from that, 100% useless, don't waste your time or money

Absolutely fantastic salon, one of the best I’ve ever been to. I went here for a mani, pedi & massage. Rohnia made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for the lovely experience loved my nails, I got my shellac done over 2 weeks ago and not one chip in sight! Definitely be back here!!
