Kirsty was very helpful & showed us numerous units. We seem to have got a good deal for what we need.Easy to reserve. Light & airy. Brand new facility. Trolley available. Large lifts. Impressive.UPDATE: Unfortunately, I had both my bank cards cloned, so when the payment for the storage unit was declined, I paid it straight away by bank transfer as requested in the email. I have had numerous emails since then, saying that I have an overdue balance. 4 days later, I have a phone call to say that my balance is still overdue. It isn't. Apparently, someone from Storage Giant called me on Saturday regarding this. This is untrue. Until today, I have not spoken with anyone regarding this payment or had any missed calls or voice mails. Perhaps Head Office need to communicate with their sites instead of wasting unnecessary time & upset to their customers. I have changed my 5 star rating because of this.

Great customer service from Dan. From initial contact enquiry through to advice and booking nothing was too much trouble. Informative, helpful and a few laughs along the way. Fantastic price and facility. Would strongly recommend Storage Giant Nottingham

Had a wonderful experience with Storage Giant , Nottingham. Very pleasant young man called Dan Bush, talked me through it all and made the administrative side a breeze. Showed me to my lock up and even rescued me when I couldn’t find the lock up again. Thanks Dan, you are a credit to Storage Giant Nottingham.

needed last minute storage space to put my university stuff away & all local storage places were either fully booked or ridiculously priced. would definitely recommend to any students in nottingham or just in general. dan helped me over the phone and made the process easier for me as i was moving out alone. thanks dan!
