We recently had a new fire and surround fitted by this company. George in the showroom was really helpful in choosing our new fire.Darren the fitter and his helper were perfectionists, did an excellent job, cleaned up thoroughly and took all the rubbish away.We are extremely pleased with the final result and would recommend this company.

Ordered a fire of george just after new year, very easy to deal with and very helpful, had a few issues with the fitting but it was nothing too bad. We needed a new marble back plate, and because of all the disruption with the fitting he paid for the cost of it. The gas fitter that came to fit the fire was great also took the old fire away and left the my house spotless. Would highly recommend the fire place company

Very helpful In helping us decide which way to go, with an unusual installation - a balanced flue gas stove. George gave us brochures, suggestions from what he's seen / installed. Really pleased with my new fire and surround. George was so pleasant and helpful in advising me, and I definitely made the right choice. Darren fitted it, another pleasant and friendly young man. He was so competent in his work absolutely no mess at all taking the old fireplace out and replacing it. Everything cleared away when he finished. Thoroughly recommend this company. X

George was very easy to deal with and helped us to decide on a suitable fire to suit our existing surround and precast flue.The fire was fitted by a very competent pair, Darren and Ian, who did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.Would definitely recommend the Fireplace Company!

We shopped around when looking at new fires. George in the shop knew his stuff (even put us off a more expensive fire due to size/not really needing a larger fire).All fitted within 2 days by Darren. Before & after is like chalk and cheese. So glad we opted for the lights in the surround, as it creates a real feature in the lounge.Where possible, I prefer to support small, local businesses versus the “showrooms “.
