Had exactly what I went in for, great customer service and reasonable prices.

Amazing. Best branch I have ever been to. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. High levels of service. Good prices even during this silly days in comparison with other merchants and most importantly good level of stocks. I would give 10 stars if I could.

If you are delivering here then pray for that there will be no queue when you rock up to their yard. Even if you are next to get unloaded be ready for long wait as their goods in system is very poor and not efficient.Only one unloading bay for goods in and only one forklift driver on goods in while the others are on forklift meeting" doing absolutely nothing."

I'm disgusted at the pricing here.I bought a strip of Croydex shower screen seal and paid £20.36 which retails at around 8.99 elsewhere. The staff were miserable and I can't blame if they're not getting a fair share of that mark up..I can see why the public are so welcome at your trade store.

Super helpful staff, in the landscape department and including the material collections, everything is always in stock, a very well run builders merchants, will always return and recommend

My wife went there today to collect some tongue and groove wood that was quoted the day before. She was met by a guy called Colin ( Scottish guy the sales office) Whilst there, my wife asked if she could pass the phone over so he could speak to myself to find out what size lengths the wood came in. Oh my god, you would have thought I asked him a difficult question. He clearly did not want to help and was so rude on the phone to me. My wife has MS and sometimes gets things wrong, hence the need to get clarification. This guy should not be doing the job dealing with customers. He told my wife to go and measure what's on the shelf in the yard, as he clearly could not be bothered. After the incident, I thought I would call to discuss this with one of their managers. I got through to a nice guy who then cut me off. I will never be returning to covers again. What a terrible experience from the office. Luckily, she spoke to a member of staff on the front desk who could t have been more helpful. He measured it, cut it, and helped load the car. ( I will update with his name)

Fantastic array of stock, so helpful in store, really competitive prices, affordable delivery and great quality products. Just taken delivery of a selection of wood and the driver 'Ray' was so polite and helpful - he's a credit to the company. Thank you again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Terrible experience over priced slack rude staff would recommend you went to Jewsons for materials far better !Never use COVERS !

If we could give this place a 0 we would terrible service and even worse people to deal with ! Will never ever use a Covers builders merchant again ! Charge through the roof for terrible products sleepers like bananas. Causing trouble between clients and installers is not a good look ……….. I will inform everyone I know in the trade about you and your staff disgraceful behaviour

Chap called dave served me yesterday, felt compelled to write a review about what a lovely chap, gave me a very good price on timber even took me out to the yard to help me load it! frankly i stopped using covers years ago but now ive changed my mind and will be using covers again. Well done dave, you are genuinely a credit to the business. Good job
