FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICEI visited this store on one occasion and I must say I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided. The store manager is a young lady Ms Keshia. Keshia was willing to answer all my queries and she even called a number of different stores to find the products that I needed. Thank you for your help Keshia!Honestly, Selco always go above and beyond.Atmosphere/facilities: Again, there is a nice cafe where you can have a hot breakfast. There is also a small bathroom which is fairly clean.If I am in the area, I will definitely be coming back here!

The place is run by absolute clowns, always getting delivery’s wrong. When you call them they have no idea what’s going on. Could easily be replaced with monkeys.

If you sell a faulty item i find it normal that you'd replace, instead,at this store they ask me to pay for another one at discounted price, the store manager this was.The guy that initially dealt with the issue assumed i was lying about the issue and didnt even tey to hide it. I spent with this shop 130k ytd and i feel disgusted. It wasnt even the cheapest in comparison to other merchants... whyyy?

What an absolutely useless, lying store manager. I ordered 2 Velux windows and flashing, and was told by the store manager they were in stock and would be delivered the next day on Tuesday 26th September. Only one window was delivered and no flashing. It's now 4th October and still nothing delivered, or even contacted me. If the store manager lies, what hope do we have of the rest of the staff. Go somewhere, anywhere else, these are beyond useless.

got kitchen delivered the worktops where open on each side had bird droppings on them when i opened packaging the worktop damage when back manager said can not change again when i spoke to staff in store he said bring pictures of damage see what i can do he had a look he said we will exchange i took the item back in my car then the said we can not exchange be aware they are doggie in store and when you get delivery if any open item send back they will say you signed for it

I have recently done a garden renovation. I visited the store on many occasions. The entire journey from ordering to delivery was absolutely fantastic. I was helped by many colleagues: Kasia, Amin, Andrea, Abu Maryam and Luke. They were all very helpful throughout. I have to give a special thanks to Kasia as she was extremely friendly and always went above and beyond. I would certainly return because of the amazing service given by Kasia.

Like all selco sites for a delivery, they are slow, incompetent, and just downright lazy... Absolutely NO sense of urgency
