Prospect Surgery

I took one appointment to talk about my son. The lady could not give an exact time when the doctor will call. When the doctor called, (several days later)did not even told at beginning from which gp/surgery he is calling,he was ridiculously rude, was not ready or willing to answer my valid queries. And got angry suspecting that “I am taking too many appointments here and there”...!!!!I am regretting that I even took an appointment here to talk about my baby..and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do that in future.

There's a certain doctor here who really doesn't give 2 flying ticks about you , it's like he doesn't even want to be there and is forced. He's so dismissive and doesn't even really listen. Now I have had stern doctors in the past but they were never dismissive and knew the art of listening to the patient absolutely appalling. Now I had another doctor after that one and they were lovely and helpful offered other alternatives to try other than medication.

Horrible service!! Going to change surgery because I didn't get what I needed. Met all doctors there but any of them didn't provide right treatment to find out why I have pain on my chest often, only thing I got was blood pressure check, even during check was showing them together 9 errors on 2 different monitors.

As someone who's gone through multiple GPs in their time, I can safely say that I have never seen nor heard of a worse GP than this. The level of negligence and lack of compassion is to a degree that nobody working at the NHS should be allowed to portray.There are two other GPs in the Cleveland Health Centre, Endeavour Practice, Erimus Practice. Want to wait two months for Prospect to register you and then forget you exist immediately after? Go ahead, register with Prospect. Otherwise, I'd highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend going to either of those other GPs. Hell, they're both closer to the entrance to the health centre. Believe me, you'll thank me later.

I tried calling to have an appointment, I've been shouting in the call and she's pretending not to hear me and hung up. I called twice.

I’m glad to be moving doctors.Took my daughter there for help for her headaches just to be told that she could be making it up. She’s 2.Ridiculous. I’d stay far FAR away from this surgery.

There will be no one on reception and when they come on reception they will give excuse that you are late. olf lady on reception was talking to other patients about 15 minutes than when it came to my turn she told me i am late.

One of the wrost gp in Middlesbrough ,very disappointing service.There doctors aren’t friendly they are very rude with patients.

STAY AWAYThe staff are useless and disinterested, who do not care at all. They constantly lie to get through the day and have no process to sort it out. on 19/10 I went to a different place out of hours for an ECG and blood works, which isn't their fault. But on 28/10 Prospect couldn't understand the ECG results and so asked me to come back in to do a new one and take new bloods on 12/11. I came to the appointment, they said the reason why I needed to take new blood was because prior to me needing to book a new appointment the blood were lost hence asked why I needed to take new one, but they found them when I arrived at my appointment, so I wouldn't need to new ones. All that is in private communication between Doctors and staff. The person who did my second ECG said the blood weren't uploaded and she did that then. I was also advised at my appointment if I call Monday 15/11 I should get the results. I phoned Wednesday 17/11 and they said phone back after 12:30, as the people who look a these things are available after 12:30 each day. I phoned back Thursday 18/11 at 4pm who said the results hadn't been uploaded and they would do that now and if I phone again after 3pm on Friday 19/11 I would get answers. I have done just that and that after much pushing the person on the phone to check they finally confirmed my bloods are still being checked by James Cook Hospital as there is a backlog. My ECG is in a queue with some clinician who is off till Wednesday 24/11. I asked for them to call me when they have some information as it's been over a month. They said next appointment is 06/12 to just be told results. It's disgusting from an unfeeling incompetent GP.

I went to the doctor 4 times for my acne on my face and neck. The doctor did not even look at my acne or even checked what type of acne i have and they just gave me the same cream 4 times that made my acne worse, gave me redness, my face and neck started to burn and itch a lot. I have a very sensitive skin and I told the doctor about it and they still gave me the same cream.
