Staff are always very helpful.It is possible to have a private appointment with the pharmacist to discuss anything.They also do flu vaccinations

Being my appointed pharmacy I have always found the staff polite, considerate, professional and willing to go above and beyond to help with the needs of customers. Nothing is too much trouble with requesting repeat prescriptions and very quick to replenish any shortfalls that may occur with low stock items.Kylie and Alison are very helpful and always courteous.

It was my first time visiting Rowlands Pharmacy to collect my HRT. Very friendly staff. Alison was so helpful and informed me how I can save money on repeat prescriptions.Will definitely recommend this pharmacy.
