Made an appointment with Benita Brown for Independent Legal Advice. I hadn't had time to read the documents required by the mortgage lender.Carter Bond's ILA booking team noticed that the lender might not accept video conference ILA and advised me to seek clarification. Unfortunately they were right and I could not use Carter Bond as we are nearby.The appointment was cancelled without any fuss or any charge.Even though I didn't end up using their ILA service, I was still very impressed by how quick they were to respond and how professional they were in doing due diligence and treating me like a client.They are certainly my top choice for future legal work!

Lena is a brilliant property solicitor. I have a small portfolio and have had many dealings with solicitors but I can honestly say, she's the best by far.
