Silfield Village Pitch N Putt
Very simple 18 hole course, food and drink is served until 5pm at the office. Take spare golf balls if you take your own as it is still set in a forest, meaning plenty of deep embankments and pockets of water that you may lose them in.

The staff were quite rude and told us we couldn't have a child buggy on the course when it was our golf trolley. They charge £8 per person including my 4 year old boy. The course condition was unplayable, tees were bare mud and greens worse than my back garden. Yardages were clearly wrong, trees in the way. We left after a few hole after wasting £32. How they can charge that is unbelievable, go to Mousehold or Eaton cheaper and far better in every way. Also there was no guidelines regarding flags and the cups didn't have foam in so potentially transmitting covid 19 too. I very rarely leave reviews but I felt I had to just incase this saves another family from wasted time and money.

A great little place for a bit of fun with the kids, not the best greens but the staff are lovely. We go here for a laugh with my boys and they seem to enjoy it.

Lovely course. Unfortunately website hasn't been updated to say it's temporarily closed due to the course being wet. Wasted journey and a very disappointed 7 year old who was looking forward to his first time.

Group of 3 went. DO NOT waste your money. The grounds are not kept well at all. You may as well be playing crazy golf. How they can charge £8pp is beyond me

Great fun.The course is a little unkept with leaves and trees branches in places which might bother serious golfers. If you're just going for fun it's not an issue

Went today with my son, 1st time in a few years, and I have to say its not the best. 2 greens were out of play due to water damage. The tubes that make the holes were actually higher than the green so was impossible to putt in. Look like the course need some serious work on every fairway, and green.BUT...saying that what do you want for £8 a round.

Not a bad little course.. Good for practicing your short game and a few tricky holes. One thing to note is you will get eaten by mosquitos the whole way round..... On my second visit I got mosquito spray and that helped a little... But there's definitely a huge problem with them!

Challenging 18 hole par 3 course, tall trees and narrow fairways means you have to be accurate. It's fairly quiet, greens aren't great, but ok for the money, £8.
