Always good service at D&P you and your car are well looked after for a fair price and you know Paul will be there if your car has a problem.

I do not like to do bad review as I prefer to get the problem sorted but this time I have to.I would not recommend this garage to any friends.I came to this garage as Tony from Bourne End Garage went in Pension scheme and he suggested me to go here.I explained which I have a ABS Sensor light on and need to do an MOT. Instead to call for an car electrician, they attempted to fix the problem themselves, w/o much understand on the cause. They replaced 3 different sensors and the bearing on the wheel at my cost. After this they said they cannot help and they do not know where is the problem. So now I am 380 pound out of my pocket and at the same point of 1 month ago. Also I do not understand how they can charge for a bearing 86£ + VAT where all the car supplier sell for 30/50 pounds max. I would not go there for electrical problem anymore

You know it's always scary when you try the garage for the first time. The usual questions run around your head. Like always I looked at the reviews and to see mostly positive reviews put me at ease. I was presently surprised. Great service and MOT very good pricing and a fantastic way to pay. use your bank app and do it there. WOW that's a first for me. Great man lots of really interesting stories that I was interested in. The car was well looked after. I will recommend this place and already have to friends. Have gone to D&P for MOTs on three cars over the last year, and received good service and advice, and their charges are reasonable. Will use again.

They collected my car and delivered it back after every service. The engine light has recently come on and they have gone the extra mile to sort it as quickly as possible.

Expensive and mixed service. Had a cambelt change at over the odds and car developed a cold starting problem after being with them. They did renew the glowplugs as a matter of course at no further charge. Not sure what to think about such a coincidence.

I was using D and P motors for a while and really happy with the service, up until I needed my exhaust replaced. When a part is replaced it is expected that it’s the same quality or as close to, but the exhaust put on is very loud and has affected my petrol consumption. I questioned them at the time and they said it was a cheaper option for me. This should have been communicated to me before so I at least had a choice as I’m very disappointed with this now and would have preferred to pay more.

No happy with the price, I do not understand much about cars, but nobody threre could explain me the invoice, as the manager wasnt there. Added an extra item on the invoice I wasn't told about. DPF pressure hose change £450.

A good reliable and friendly place for a car service or mot. They picked my car up and returned it the same day.
