Not good customer service as we had out booking cancelled and rebooked. Location is lovely but the communication is poor. Won't be back

Absolutely fantastic self catering accommodation. Wonderful location, everything you need for a very comfortable stay & the owners are so lovely & very kind. Highly recommend Benmore...we will definitely be back.

We have stayed here for years, and It was such a lovely place. Very accommodating. However, the owners, despite us staying year in and year out have not been accommodating as of late. Have always loved that area so will choose alternative self catering down the road and enjoy the nature.

Beautiful cottage well equipped and a fabulous place to relax.The place was immaculately clean and so comfortable the owners Karen and Neil are so welcoming and helpful would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay. Very isolated, quiet countryside lodge. A lovely place to escape to. Views of the fields and mountains are wonderful. The owners were very helpful with directions and providing WiFi access. House was clean and tidy, with great facilities and kitchen appliances. Highlight was sitting out on the veranda in the morning sun with our breakfast and a big cup of hot tea! Just make sure you follow the precise directions to the house, including driving through the botanic gardens...ignore the NO ENTRY sign

Owners were a bit off. Accommodating but very much instilling rules when we wanted to just escape. Accommodation had great views. Gardens were good. Had four boys with us - place wasn't safe for them really. Travelled all the way from Whitstable won't be back. Next time might stay down the road at other accommodation as we love the area.

A wonderful place and breathtaking location for walking and a perfect base for the stalkers among us. The hosts Kayren and Neil are very friendly and helpful.Quiet and peaceful environment ❤️.
