Staff are nice and friendly and helpful

You can't use tradepoint unless you can prove that you are in the trade but this is a useful entrance to the main shop

Delivery Issues with TradePoint:Ordered through TradePoint online some furniture board, to be delivered from the Southend branch. Having not showed up on the expected delivery date, the Southend branch called that evening to rearrange for the next day. The next day however it did not show up and again, it was rearranged for the following day. Again, it didn't show up. The order was eventually cancelled and rebooked altogether by customer services Southend, citing a staff training issue (fine, this happens). Guess what - come delivery date, it didn't arrive and I received another call asking to reschedule. As this was attempt number 5, each time having to wait at home to accept the delivery with no-one showing up, I asked for a full refund.

Always got what I need and if not will order it in to be collected

Staff, especially girls, are verybusy chatting than serving customers.

Nice and easy parking and access, no queues either which was nice

Good selection of tools and materials excellent prices
