Last week I was trying to find a particular light bulb in the Coventry store and asked an assistant for help. The young lady was so knowledgeable and helpful and quickly found exactly the right bulb. Her name is Bushra and if I was her manager I’d give her a promotion and a bonus! If only all shop assistants were like her ….

Had our kitchen appointment with Chirag today, absolutely brilliant service and appointment turned out to be longer than we thought but did not seem that way at all as it was like sitting and chatting with a friend, he totally understood everything that we wanted, listened to any queries that we had and paid attention to finer details, in the end he managed to help us find the kitchen that we dreamed of at a really low cost! From start to finish absolutely perfect and nothing was too much trouble, real big thank you we are really looking forward to our new kitchen and I am loving my new air fryer!

After walking through on phone to make sure what I was buying was needed. I put the phone in my inside pocket. Walked towards the door and security came running out. 3 packs of screws on the inside pocket. Same pocket as phone.Let's say nothing was found, because it was my phone. Remember when you have ulcer in your mouth for something you didn't do. Don't expect an apology, not going to happen.

Huge warehouse with nearly everything! Not for people who have trouble walking. We looked at paint colours and were a bit overwhelmed, but one of the staff came over and helped us to see what the colours would look like under different lighting. We brought home small samples to try. We also looked at internal doors which was a bit disappointing for choice. However, we found a corner wardrobe which we surprising really liked! Huge Parking in front with Disabled spaces.

Missed the delivery parcel after waiting for them all morning which is reasonable and common issue. But when I try to arrange a redelivery following the card left and their instructions, the staff is not friendly and keep intrupting me. They said they would call me tomorrow until I show a little unpleasant mood and also ask me maybe to call them instead. The chaos of their management and rude staff really mess everything up nevertheless the less effcieint delivery system they use. The next day when I called them, the staff rudely hang up my call and refuse to answer my call all day, I sorted out the problem until I called the consumer service. Absolutely disgusting service...

Adrian and Aaron provided exceptional service this morning, going above and beyond to find me quite a specific item. Their customer service exceeded my expectations and I wanted to call them out for going the extra mile. Thank you lads.

Like all the stores there's everything you need.The people are helpfull and there whenever you need help. BUT STARTED TO FEEL UNCOMFOTABLE AS I WAS WALKING ACROSS THE STORE! EVERY WHERE I WENT I WAS BEING FOLLOWED! I SEE A PAIR OF EYES LOOKING STAIGHT AT ME! I WALKED OVER BUT HE WALKED AWAY.HE WAS THE SECURITY GUY THERE WITH A TURBAN. I will go again but I shouldn't feel like that minding my own business.
