Avoid trading with this dreadful and incompetent company! They took a deposit upfront and failed to deliver a completed product that was appropriate even after 12 months of waiting. I would have liked to give 0 stars as I have been left out of pocket, with no outcome and I have suffered a lot of hassle. They employ unscrupulous trading practices and need to be shut down.

Good quality work. However, we were quoted about 6 weeks to complete the work - it took more than 6 months and it was only when threatened with legal action that the railings were fitted. In my view he takes on too much work. At one point he told me there were 34 jobs of his at the powder coaters. I had written an extensive review detailing all the excuses, etc and given him 1 star. However, now they are finally fitted and the railings are good quality, I have updated the rating to 2 stars and removed the previous (very long) post.

Matthew came to our rescue after we had been let down by another company. When he came to our home for a free consultation he arrived on time and was very professional. We agreed a design for railings on a brick wall and two days later we received a written quotation for the work. After agreeing to go ahead with the work and paying a small deposit on visa, Matthew manufactured and installed the railings on time keeping us informed of progress throughout, as promised. Matthew is professional, trustworthy and highly skilled in his profession, and we would not hesitate to highly recommend him. We are delighted with the finished product and first-class service.

Terrible company!!! Took payment upfront in may 2021, carried out half the job several months later. Still some to complete. Always an excuse, he must have had covid 40 times, now completely ignoring phone calls. Should be closed down!
