I am a local Builder and this is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with James and his team. They are very professional and extremely responsive. Their drawings are very detailed and in my opinion the best we have ever had. Needless to say we will definitely be using him again.

From the first meeting with James the process of a major property refurbishment became more straightforward! Having bought a house in a conservation area with no flow to the downstairs we knew we had a lot of work on our hands and we were a little overwhelmed. James somehow understood and translated our ideas into plans and added ideas and suggestions of his own to elevate the outcome. There was time for tweaking the plans and further exchange of ideas before submitting for planning. James dealt with all planning applications and provided drawings our builder said were amongst the best he’d seen. The result is our dream home which is everything and more that we could have wished for.

James was so knowledgeable during our cuppa chat! We had no idea where to start when it came to a potential extension to our home. We were wanting some advise on what an extension would mean for our home. He gave so much detail which really put our thoughts in order and mind at ease. James did a brilliant job reconfiguring our ground floor to make much better use of space. The design of our garage conversion including skylights and a vaulted ceiling makes for a wonderful light and airy kitchen. The eyeline when you enter our front door down through the new hallway hits you immediately. Very pleased. Thanks James.

James from Cuppa helped me with a renovation of an end terrace house. We took it from a small kitchen, separate dining room, and sunroom to one large open plan kitchen dining area! It looks wonderful. James was brilliant so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, from concept, drawings, building control, the whole journey. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and when I need an architect again I will not hesitate to return.
