Service over and above expectations. Recently traded a Taycan and purchased a beautiful 911 and Catherine in sales dept could not have done more to help me make the right decision. I recently attended a masterclass carried out by Holly. From the moment I arrived at the showroom everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Holly patiently and carefully explained everything to me about the car in great detail and answered all my questions, which I was very grateful for. Holly was obviously incredibly passionate about her job and very consciences of how she goes about it. A wonderful experience all round. Thank you.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. Yaq couldn’t do enough to make my first Porsche experience extra special. I bought a second hand Macan GTS that is like new, it was exactly the spec I was looking for so travelled 250 miles to East London. There was a slight issue with the rear window once I got home and with countless attempts trying to get my local Porsche dealership to fix the fault through warranty, I was told that they couldn’t fix it for 3 months! Even though the window was insecure so a potential security risk, that was the earliest they would look at it. I was pretty unimpressed with my first Porsche experience outside of the Porsche East London dealership. I spoke with Yaq and Jerry and they did everything in their power to get it sorted, within 2 days the car was collected via a covered car trailer and driven back to London. They fixed the issue and had the car delivered back to me within a week. I can honestly say I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from Porsche East London even though it’s 250 miles away. Thank you again.

Just had my 718 Spyder serviced at the Centre. Car was collected and returned to me. Polite and prompt service. Certainly five stars. Would recommend without hesitation.

I bought my first Taycan from a different dealer but was unsure about things - after speaking to Shah he guided me through everything and I feel very comfortable with my car now! He was very knowledgeable and a down to earth being and I highly rate him I can see he is a valuable asset. He even showed me the new SUV Cayenne which I have my eye on and I will definitely go back to Shah to buy this. Catherine took excellent care of me from start to finish and really took her time to go over everything to do with the car. She was knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and professional.
