I had a boiler installed by East Midlands boilers. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and therefore I highly recommend them.The biggest thing that set them apart was that Rich took a consultative approach and actually listened to me when I initially contacted them. Typically, I found that most companies just told me what I should have and didn't want to deviate from their preference, not caring much for my preferences.The work was done quickly, neatly and with no problems or fuss, and their price was competitive.Lastly, were they were able to shuffle their other work around to fit us in, rather than us going to the end of the queue"."

Great service from helpful and knowledgeable team. Responsive, friendly and really helpful, pleasure to have them in our home. Boiler service was efficient and they resolved a couple of other issues we had whilst here, quickly getting parts and sorting out leaks in our bath and washing machine. I have no hesitation in recommending Rich and EMB and will use again.

Rich and Dan were absolutely fantastic - so responsive and were so quick to come and help when my boiler stopped working. Rich was fantastic about keeping me updated and Dan answered all my questions and was friendly and professional throughout. Couldn’t recommend them more and will be using them in future without a doubt!Thank you so much guys - no more cold showers for me!

Rich has been amazing ever since Dan discovered the problem with our old boiler. They were both incredibly patient with our old boiler and would happily have repaired it but when we learned that we could have a top range boiler on Finance we knew that was the wisest move. Rich fitted our new boiler which took him the best part of a day and he more or less worked non stop. He was tidy, organised, thorough, friendly and communicative at each stage. He left the whole area spotless and even helped us with furniture lifting! Before he left Rich explained the whole process, expectations of the new boiler and told us not to hesitate to call with any worries! We would give him 10 stars if we could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rich and his team removed our back boiler and water tanks and installed a Worcester combi boiler. Great communication, great price and really friendly blokes. Work was done in three days just in time for us to move in. Couldn't recommend them highly enough - Luke and Hannah

Richard and his team removed a large old boilermate tank and installed a new tank. They were punctual, professional and friendly.The job was not straightforward and we had some difficulties getting quotes. They did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Found East Midlands Boilers online after being let down elsewhere and needing urgent help and I can’t rave about them enough. Very quick to fit us in, kind and friendly and excellent communication throughout. Very hardworking and nothing was too much for them. Really helped us out so will definitely use them again - 10 out of 10!!!!!

I've had no end of trouble just getting plumbers and boiler engineers to reply to requests let alone turn up.Richard was quick to reply and turned up when he said he would.He's professional, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed doing.Very efficient and thinks outside the box when problems turn up.I'm happy with the quote and the work.Will be using regularly from now on.I can't recommend him enough.
