Isa at the Perfume Shop delivered excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite while guiding me through the perfumes. He understood my preferences, introduced me to various options, and allowed me to sample them. His professionalism and approach highlighted his value to the team. I truly appreciated the experience he provided and am looking forward to visiting the shop again.

Took a bit of time to get service despite 2 girls standing at the tills standing doing nothing even though they saw me.In the end had to flag down another guy.

Everything single thing is ok but the I was shock whenthe lady refused to give the bottle of perfume in my dad hands she is also holding it and she say u can’t hold I said we want to buy that why we want to look at it then after all my we bought two perfume for 295 after that she give to my dad hand to see the perfume .

Used to shop here regularly, unfortunately today was served by Larna , if she gave me the actual name. Around 18:50pm. Had put an order through for collection which clearly said will be available for collection within 30 minutes and I attended the shop to collect it more than 2 hours later. No apology or whatsoever was offered, when I turned up to collect my order. Actually left the shop really embarrassed with the way she handled the situation, and how she spoke to me in front of other members of your team and customers in store. Very unprofessional
