First they quoted a price which was decent, then they increased the price to simply change the hard drive to £120. When asked if i can buy my own hard drive and give it to them so its only cost of replacing, the man got very rude and started arguing how he had to order it specifically.When asked if I can have the old hard drive, he said he destroyed. I wanted to format it and keep it as an external drive.Never again.Customer service 1/5Cost 1/5 ( £90 for the parts and £30 for labor)

Always good service from JCS and have a good working relationship with Jeremy. Never had the hard sell or found Jeremy to be pushy when it comes to providing support, the quotes are always reasonable and just for the work I want doing. I’d recommend JCS for IT support to anyone.
