Our experience with TLS has unfortunately been quite problematic and has involved a large amount of misinformation.The worst of which has been a breach of privacy to inspect the flat without our permission which has then resulted in us being asked to leave. Unfortunately they told us that the landlord made this decision however upon speaking to him directly he said this was actually not true and so we feel quite deceived.We have had our upstairs neighbour flood our bedroom and they claimed to have sent someone over to inspect however this did not happen.There is also a mould problem in the flat that hasn't been addressed and has been shifted on to us as the tenants despite our best efforts to tackle this, this has resulted in our clothes becoming very mouldy and some of our possessions being damaged.There is no carpet or insulation between us and the upstairs flat which has resulted in a lot of disputes around noise which we feel could have been avoided if the flat was kept to a proper living standard.All in all our experience has been quite terrible and communication has been even worse still.I would not recommend renting from this agency if you expect a good standard of property and a good relationship with the estate agents.Specifically also I want to say that as of now it wouldn't be a good idea for anyone to move into the flat we have been renting which is 94 Clouds hill road.I harbour no negative feelings towards them however I hope this might help someone avoid ending up in a similar predicament with them.

Whenever I have had an issue with the property I lived in, which was been rarely over five plus years, Mike and his team always responded promptly, politely, positively and professionally. I can hand on heart recommend letting through TLS.

Mike and his team are responsive, helpful and honest. They take care of maintenance swiftly and give constructive advice to deal with overpriced energy providers. Deposit is also returned with the same swiftness and honesty (I even got interest back!). I’d give their service a thumbs-up.

Had a great experience renting with TLS. The team responded to any issues we had quickly and always were able to get the issue solved by the next day at latest. Mike in particular was genuinely friendly and helpful, which gave me extra peace of mind as a tenant. If I'm ever looking for another place in Bristol I'll be checking in with TLS first. So so impressed with these guys! Very friendly and professional staff and unlike most other letting agencies, they were always happy to help with any issues the flat might have had and did so in a timely manner, always diligent to run any annual safety checks and they were very quick in dealing with the return of my deposit, which they returned in full (also unlike most agencies who all they want is to rip you off!). I would definitely recommend their services!

I’ve been renting a property through them the last couple of years and I can honestly say they are the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. I have always found them super friendly and really helpful. Any issues we had, have been dealt with really quickly, often either on the same day or the day after we reported the problem.
