Nail Forever

I have been coming here for over 8 years and am absolutely shocked at the way the staff treat their customers now. After applying the tips to my fingers, preparing them for acrylic to be placed on top, he asked how long or short I’d like my nails. He hadn’t quite cut them short enough the first time, so I said a little shorter please, with this he ripped my whole arm, by my hand across the table aggressively, tutted and muttered something aggressively behind his mask. When I asked why he had the hump, he ignored me and held my hand with a harder/tighter grip. I had to pull my hand/arm away with some strength and walked out. I messaged the owner and I asked where their old staff were working now, I was ignored. This makes it impossible for me to want to return. Such a shame that as a loyal customer for so many years, often bringing my mum or friends with me for their nail appointments too, nothing was done to solve this.

Normally get my nails done by a certain nail tech as he’s the only one who can get them right. He’s left now and since then I’ve had wonky nails every time. Wont get a reply as to where he’s gone so don’t know if I’ll go back. All I want is my nails to be straight but some are wonky to the left and some to the right. When I asked to get them straight they reapplied them again but the were wonky. Asked if they could fix them but they said when they put the acrylic on they will go straight which they didn’t. Gave up with trying to get them fixed because they’re wonky every time now. Good nails I’m generally but not straight. Last time I went the guy kept hurting me and didn’t apologise at all. He had sweaty clammy hands which made mine all wet and disgusting. My old nail tech used to make sure he didn’t hurt me but the ones now don’t care. When I asked where he went I was just told he doesn’t work there anymore. They tend to speak a different language here which is understandable but don’t talk about me and laugh when I’m right in front of you because it makes me uncomfortable. Bring the old nail people back. The new ones aren’t as good. Also I understand trainees need to learn but they don’t listen to what you request.

Wow! Had my nails done here last week for the first time in 7 years and was so amazed at the skills and professionalism in this shop. My nails are still in mint condition over a week later. Really happy and will recommend:) they only use the best products 100%
