Worst agency ever, and I've been with many. They don't care or think about anyone apart of themselves. Bad communication in general. Laughable to call them 'remarkable', because they are horrible, shouldn't even be an agency.

Worst letting agency or even company I have ever come across and rented from. VERY unprofessional service, all the staff are impolite and rude, looking down on you almost. I had heard bad reviews about them before, but gave them the benefit of the doubt but really wish I hadn't. Any issues you bring up with them do not get resolved at all, let alone within the appropriate time.The office is a makeshift block of rooms, which again is very unprofessional- gave me the impression the agency as a whole could up and leave whenever they please, as it doesn't seem like a permanent base. They seem to have a comeback for all the negative reviews (which seems to be all of them) claiming they are 'false' or 'unwarranted' yet all the reviews seem to be saying the same, honest thing. Claiming that all these reviews are 'rare' is a joke and a complete lie, seeing as we came across numerous people/students who had to issue serious complaints about them.Despite their comical management skills, lack of finance experience and how they seem prone to mistakes, the worst thing about them still stands as their appalling staff. Again, in my time, I have never come across such blatantly rude and nasty people.STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY STUDENTS.

Not sure I understand the bad reviews given. Never had a problem with them, always been quick to send people out if there was an issue and always get a response within, at very most, a day. Very friendly and helpful staff and would highly recommend to students.

I found remarkable to be very unhelpful- it was incredibly difficult to speak to anyone who could deal with the numerous issues we had and when we did manage to contact the right person they were very slow in resolving any problems.Communication was poor, problems took weeks to sort out and some staff were rude.I would not recommend this agency.

This company is fully deserving of credit, very friendly staff and service all round - 5 star

In my experience, really good agent. I have read all the reviews on here and can see there are some really positive ones and some which aren't but in my opinion they have been one of the best agents I have used in Derby. Yes I would recommend them.
