Very friendly staff and great gym

I love Quay Fitness. It's the closest gym to where I stay with family when I'm in the IOM. During the day you can't beat the free parking and the place has a good array of free weights and machines. It's also fairly quiet and has plenty of space for all sorts of exercises.The only gripe would be that the machines are rather older than the equivalents elsewhere (for instance the excellent Elite Fitness down in Douglas, although admittedly that place sets a high bar).I do hope Quay Fitness doesn't change for the worse under the new management and that the two ladies who ran the place previously remain involved.
