Sent a message on FB asking about a screen repair and price. They read it and just ignored. Poor service and if they can't be bothered to reply to a message, i certainly wouldn't trust them to carry out a repair in case a problem occurred.

Asked MS Fix to replace the battery in my phone. It needed ungluing, so happy to pay for it. First replacement battery wouldn't charge, do he ordered and fitted a second battery. This works fine, and because it took an extra day he knocked 10 pounds off the price. Brilliant service.

I was on a long cycling trip and my phone suddenly stopped working in Horley. The guys managed to fix it in under 30 min. Really thankful for getting me quickly out of trouble!!!
