Adam has been absolutely wonderful to work with! Although we ended up not needing to take our flight, our experience with k9 jets couldn’t have been better! Our questions were always answered and communication was always in a timely matter. If we need pet relocation services in the future, k9 jets will be our first and only choice!!

I highly recommend K9 jets, they are extremely professional and made the whole process of getting my pets (dog and cat) from the UK to the US incredibly seamless, everything from the booking process, paperwork and airport welcome at both ends was amazing. I flew with K9 Jets from Frankfurt to Teterboro with my 12 1/2 year old Golden Retriever Lucky. K9 Jets offered an excellent service before and during the trip. The flight crew was great and super friendly. K9 Jets is definitely the best choice when traveling between the USA and Europe with a dog. The picture of Lucky in front of the plane was taken at arrival in Teterboro: just relaxed.

Relocated with my Great Pyrenees and puppy Maltese from the Bay Area, CA to Spain. As with any fur parent, you’d weigh the options and most definitely the uncertainties. I can’t thank Adam Golder and the K9Jets staff and crew enough for all the assistance throughout this process. Adam was very meticulous with information and communication. He always answered my countless questions while being kind and reassuring.I want to thank Adam and the K9Jets staff and crew for all your outstanding service, kindness and support before and during the two flights we flew with you, one from the West Coast to New Jersey, and from New Jersey to Lisbon, EU. They also gave me fantastic referrals on transportation, places to stay, and a company name to help me with the dog health certificates to enter Europe.The journey we embarked on with K9Jets was a really wonderful experience for me and my pups. The crew was really professional and pleasant. Lana in NJ was very attentive, and the crew in San Francisco was also great. We were treated like Royalty when we landed in Lisbon, it was a truly wonderful experience! I’ll always be extremely grateful to Adam and K9Jets for making it possible for Harry and Jolly to make it comfortably and safe with me. I highly recommend flying with them, the whole process will be a wonderful experience.

Adam and the crew at K9 Jets offer an exceptional experience in transporting pets and their humans. They were so kind and patient with every detail from customs forms to recommending further transport options. The flight was great, our flight attendant did a great job of offering food and drinks and loving on the various dogs. And thank you for the personalised dog toys, such a lovely touch. Had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the guys at K9 Jets.Firstly, one may not think of being on a charter jet as a cost effective way to travel with your dogs…….trust me, thanks to these guys it really is. It cost me a fraction more to fly back with my two dogs than it did to fly them over to the US 2 years ago…..only this time we didn’t have the worry of them in the hold.Not only is the cost great, but the whole process from start to finish couldn’t have been easier. From booking, to arriving at the airfield in New Jersey (where we were treated like royalty), to the comfort of the flight and finally the ease of pickup once we landed back in London.The whole process was a fantastic experience and I couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone travelling with pets…..I’m sure everyone else on my flight would agree. 5* service. Thank you guys.

K9 Jets is a must for any pet parents traveling abroad or domestically for extended periods or when moving. I was very nervous flying long haul with two anxious rabbits but Adam was with us every step of the way, from preparing required paperwork for where we were moving to supporting us with our questions and timelines. The process was extremely well organized and the flight itself was very comfortable for both me and my 2 rabbits! Adam ensured we had the best accommodation by securing us the necessary space for our large carrier and isolation from the rest of the pets onboard for safety precautions. I would fly with K9 again anytime and will be recommending them to all pet parents thanks to the peace of mind it gave me and my family. Highly recommend this to anyone needing to move with their fur family members! For the same price as a business class ticket, K9 Jets is THE amazing alternative to flying commercially transatlantic, which for rabbits is not even an option. This is really the best way to travel going forward as the experience was priceless and got my babies and I safely and comfortably to our new home in Europe! The Jet was very spacious and attendants offered great service from boarding to in flight. We also had a great handling team when we landed which essentially offered us vip entrance to Portugal thanks to their white glove service through customs and the airport vet. Thank you K9 for everything!

The staff both on the ground and in the air were friendly, organised and guided this amazing experience. The dogs were so well adjusted and slept through the flight. This experience has confirmed this is the best way to fly with your animals, and K9 Jets is the way to go!

We had to move our 2 dogs (11 yr old goldendoodle and 2 yr old golden retriever) from England to USA. K9 Jets was a savior! We wish we knew about this years ago when we moved over- our poor pups had a horrible experience in cargo and customs even though it was a direct flight. K9 Jets team was so helpful and responsive from the start of our search all the way until we were landed! They truly care about your pets but also you having a first class experience. The crew was lovely, the plane was so comfortable, and the food and drinks were great.

One of the benefits that truly sets K9 Jets apart is their unwavering commitment in keeping pets beside their owners throughout the entire journey. Rather than being stowed away in cargo my Labrador, Milly, travelled with me in the cabin, where K9 Jets created a comfortable and secure environment. It was incredibly comforting to know that Milly was right next to me at all times and we were both able to relax and feel safe throughout the flight.I cannot speak highly enough of Adam and the entire K9 Jets team. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless travel experience was truly commendable.
