Great car wash! Very friendly service, very nice facility, speedy service, very attentive to detail cleaning (even cleaned under the petrol cap) and a good price with decent optional extras (diamond polish).I will go again!

Put loads of swirling scratches on my roof and refused to take responsibility for them, roof was polished a week before and was in perfect condition and now it looks awful in sunlight. Also after he tried to clean scratches off and they didn’t come off he told me he didn’t give a ****. This was the owner/manager.

Imagine that I had to clean and wipe off the interior of my car and the exterior myself after the supposed wash, with the right price paid for the service. And then the Supervisor’s comment thereafter showed that they don’t really care, but it’s just all about ripping people off their hard earned money. Will better clean it myself then.

Rough with the cars. Lost a rear windscreen arm due to the pressure of their water. Thought that was bad luck. Then more recently they banged my door against another much more expensive vehicle causing it to chip the paint. To make it worse the response was very unprofessional. The cars are cleaned well otherwise.

I was ripped off for price, do check their price board first. My experience was it was being run by a group just wanting to make money but had no pride in doing the job. Felt let down & abused for what I paid them. Will not go back.

Quoted £250 for full detailing was very insistent this is what I needed but I just wanted outside wash and inside hoover and polish. Finally agreed on £100 as price board not relevant apparently. On return carpets done well but still dirty in obvious places inside and out.

We had our car cleaned yesterday, whilst we did our shopping. On the face of it they did a superb job, however after driving off and reversing our car at home, reverse sensor had been damaged, pushed too far back into the bumper and we now will have a cost to get it fixed as it is not an easy job as bumper has to be removed , disappointing that they were not honest enough to say something and was not like it before the car was cleaned as we had reverse parked at hospital half an hour earlier.

Friendly, hard working staff. Did a really good job on my car and even cleaned and hoovering my child's car seat too which I wasn't expecting.
