AM Surveying & Block Management

AM Surveying & Block Management are an incredibly forward thinking, tech driven organisation. Their strong focus on building long term, mutually beneficial client relationships is a breath of fresh air.

This is a truly awful management company. They refuse to explain what the service charge is spent on, and year on year inflate the 'general repair' bill without providing evidence as to what has been repaired. Their customer service is appalling, they stonewall you and refuse to answer basic questions. If you have the choice as to your management company, please avoid this one.

Very professional service and extremely quick to respond to any queries. I have been very impressed with Savannah especially. Thank you for an amazing service. I have had a fair bit of bad experience with management companies previously, but AM Surveying and Block Management are on a different level. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any landlord looking to appoint a management company.

Terrible organisation.Don’t respond to emails, don’t uphold the values they claim to work by on their website.Will take any opportunity to exonerate themselves of responsibility for issues they cause, mismanage or deliver poorly.Unless you want leaks that aren’t fixed, flooding that is directly caused by works completed for other purposes, material and superficial damage to your building, patronising and contradictory correspondence designed to confuse and deflect - then recommend you avoid at all costs.Would give 0 stars if I could.

This company is not very good! And neither is their customer service!I have been trying to get them to deal with a leak since February 2023.Its October and leak still not fixed now and my sons room is completely ruined, water damage, holes and mould on ceiling, raised floor boards, Mattress soaked with ceiling water, bed base also damaged.who is going to pay for it? My son cant sleep in this room due to health issues. They didnt believe meThey even closed the case without looking at my flat and the leak - as the flat above me said they had no problemsI find there service completely unacceptable and property managers are not responsive the first 3 months I was fobbed off by a manager Sarah no matter how many times i gave my details and asked for a call back nothing. Eventually another took over worh sporadic emails.they not actually dealing with the leak they dont care. How long doea a leak take to fix? A month? 3 months or a year? Id appreciate a call from AM surveyors like i have requested in emails
