Came for breakfast inbetween jobs, and didnt get my flat white coffee with enough coffee in it. Happens a lot in macdys, however, the manager sorted it out quickly followed up with a joke. Absolute winners! I hope people will appreciate them more!

I go here to please grandkids. Never yet had a HOT coffee. A couple of weeks ago my son bought me a Philly cheese thing I must say it was the tastiest thing I have ever tasted at McDonald's. Had a Mac chicken sandwich today disgusting

Thank you Angela for your calm, kind, and friendly service. We'd had a really stressful afternoon and the self service machines breaking down were nearly the last straw for us. You swept in and looked after us and made our afternoon. McDonald's hasn't felt that much of a treat since we were kids - thanks Angela!

Had to wait 40 minutes for my food as far too much priority was given to the drive thru. I understand there's time limits for driver they service, but meeting those should not hinder and compromise fast service of those ordering inside

There's always something missing from my orders. I've had meals missing but more recently, the last three times when I've stressed barbecue sauce it has been missing. So infuriating. Also the last three times through the drive through I've been asked to park in a food order bay even though I ordered very regular items. Cramlington is the way to go folks. Even though it is further away, they always have everything and get my order correct.

Firstly I feel obliged to declare my position as a non fan of McDonald's. We picked our grandson up from school and it was his choice to go for a burger and a fizzy drink. It was a busy time with a lot of like minded people in attendance. As a result it was a case of fast quality food slowly. My wife and I had a quite acceptable coffee and our grandson seemed to enjoy eating something which bore a vague resemblance to what you see on their adverts.

Food was beyond cold and waited 38 minutes to receive our cold order, place was dirty, food on the floors and staff are slow and lazy with 0 effort put in. Such a busy restaurant should be run more professionally.Should be done under the trade description act for false advertising

What can I say about this home delivery shocking late and cold and when I looked at the burgers they were like cardboard paper thin . So I matched one of the burgers with one my son made omg what a difference thickness taste hot so I will never ever get anything from McDonald's they should be ashamed for the food they sell absolutely disgusting

Quick service this time, unfortunately yet again they forget to put ketchup in the bag, also for some reason quite a few burnt chips, but with the car park being small by the time we found somewhere else to park it wasn’t practical to head back to the restaurant to ask for sauce and get chips replaced. Otherwise fresh and hot food.
