I thought £35 for a blow dry for shoulder length hair was very expensive and I am used to London prices.

Everything about this salon is outstanding. The decor, the service and most importantly the cutting and colour treatments. I make a 3 hour round trip in order to have Tommy do my hair.

5 star salon and 5 star service! I can honestly say I have never walked out of a hair salon feeling this good before! Jess was absolutely amazing and so thorough, having discussed earlier what sort of style I was interested in she had made a Pinterest board for me with ideas, the colour is perfect, the head massage during shampoo etc was so relaxing and the cut is even better than I imagined!

Tommy's is a brilliant hairdressers. I visit the one in Sutton where Millie usually does my hair, and I travel from the Wirral. Very welcoming and know their regular customers, provide with tea, coffee or soft beverage.

Awful!! I travelled to Ruthin for a wedding and booked well in advance for a blow dry. I was passed over to a junior who never asked what I was looking for, didn't ask what the occasion was, didn't know how to put a parting in hair, had to be directed by another member of staff how to wash hair, I don't blame this girl at all, everyone has to learn but this is done on training nights when free or reduced rates for models. not for £19 for a wash and have to go back and wet your hair down and straiten it. Never before have i left a hairdressers with my hair looking worse than I arrived. And for the pregnant woman who quickly brought the card reader to let me get away, she was obviously making me pay before I left without kicking up a fuss, shame on you. disgusting, please never enter this establishment. I thought it was a professional establishment with all its texts and reminders of your appointments but its not, when your 'stylist' has to clean your seat of hair with her hand, you know you're not in a good place!
