A terrible Place to deal with i am trying to get hold on a department and its more than two hours and they are putting me wrong departments they have no clue what they are doing look like all the jobs is given to people who don't deserve them

The worst council I have had to deal with. It takes on average 30 minutesto get through, and then they say they are only a contact center and they will get someone to call you back in the next 48 hours !!!!!!!
