I had ordered some parts from PRIMA Baileys parts department in August 2022 after these getting pushed back and back I decided to give Baileys caravans a call direct I spoke to a lovely lady called Cheryl I think she’s in the warranty department not anything to do with parts on Monday 30/01/2023 my parts were here the next day and fitted on my van within 2 hours by myself and wife couldn’t ask for more just goes to show you talk the the engine driver and not the oil rag you get things done after waiting 6 months and being fobbed off. Thank you very much

Be very careful before choosing Bailey for your next caravan. Once they sell you the van, that's the end of the cosy relationship. The after sales service is non-existent and considering their vans contain a lot of cheap plastic, it's a nightmare to source if you need a replacement part. If you need parts/spares you have to deal with Prima Leisure - they are not helpful and extremely rude. Take your money somewhere else.

Just got my 2017 caravan back to today from bailey of bristol after fighting them for 12 months. To do the floor under warranty they have had it 16 week i havent seen the van since january sat in dealers till april its come back with 40 to 60 % damp because they have bodged it it now has to go back to bristol ive booked pitches and winter pitches paid storage all year but no van absolutely disgusted im going to sue them iwould give them no stars if i could stay clear of bailey seriouslyIve had the van since last February amd been fighting them since then to do warranty work its had 3 roof straps its cost me hundreds STAY CLEAR of. BAILEYThey have cut pieces of floor out and dried out and used de humidifiers instead of doing it right 16 week seriously dealing with the ladies at bailey fine cherylOne of the guys has been so unhelpful from day oneMy state of stress at this time is through the roof. Why was this not checked before it left bailey i repeatedly asked for a full damp report from bailey when it arrived back at the retailers bailey have ignored this now i know whyDate of experience: 17 August 2023

Avoid this company if considering a motorhome. If i could give them zero stars i would. No aftersales service, couldn't care less. Once they have your money, that's it. If you want to then warn people of their service on Facebook and Instagram, they block you and then remove your comments. Just proves how unprofessional they are. Warranty Issues ignored by them and their aftersales Director is a joke, she does not even reply to your issues.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I ordered a supposedly 'free' brochure off of their website. After it arriving late, Bailey had not payed the full postage so I had to cover the costs myself. After contacting Bailey customer service, I have received no reply. Very disappointed and will be purchasing a Swift instead.

Before making a purchase consider this statement from Bailey Caravans - ' 'WHILST WE WOULD LOVE TO THINK THAT EVERY VAN COULD LEAVE OUR FACTORY WITHOUT THE THE NEED FOR RESTORATION 100% OF THE TIME , THIS IS SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE TO GUARANTEE WITH SUCH A HAND-CRAFTED COMPLEX PRODUCT' - 'Wow! so your brand new caravan will need restoring before you can take deliveryEditedAfter 40 plus faults our new caravan is leaking like a sieve and going rotten see the pictures

Poor aftercare, brought a brand new Bailey Alicanto Lisbon Grande 2 and after 3 times of using the bed the kingsize mattress had split at the seams and we are only small people lol. Spoke to Bailey who then informed us we would have to claim through a licensed dealer. We did this and then after 2 months of waiting had to hire a van to pick this up as the dealer was over an hour away. Tried to reason with Bailey that it would be easier to send the mattress directly to us to save the hassle and further costs but they couldn't be bothered so this has cost me a further £350 in total through no fault of my own.... Thanks Bailey I won't be buying again from you and thats after having new bailey vans for the last 4 times!

This is my 3rd Bailey caravan, I have gone through the family sized vans with a young family and now have chosen the luxury retirement size, this van is on a par with our Ranger 620/6 in size but inside it is out of the world for luxury and convenience but without the price tag of some other top of the range brands that we viewed before settling on this Alicante Grande Porto. Outside you have access to storage under a front bunk for wet storage plus gas container dedicated storage with gas and electric point. Inside you have 4 berths in the shape of 2 large double beds ( one island ) and an amazing mid axel dedicated wash room, and separate bedroom with closing doors between each section giving amazing privacy and sound protection from snorers!!!!!Plenty of kitchen storage cupboards and bedroom for clothes etc.Island bed has memory foam mattress which is superbly comfortable although is high to get into ( for us short people!) but plenty long enough for our 6’4” Son in law to sleep, height means good storage underneath although being at rear end of unit you need to wary of weight.Overall - An amazing Van that we are enjoying, only drawback is the need to line up wheel lock points whilst hitched or using motor mover.

Shockingly poor build quality . Van delivered with faulty shower cubicle , broken wood trim, cross threaded window stays , cupboard latches improperly fitted resulting in a damaged worktop and an internal door lock failed meaning we could not access the bedroom or bathroom, luckily we were not trapped in the back when it failed!!And to add insult to injury on our so called latest model van we find that going forward new vans will have fly screens and new front blinds fitted so if you are considering a unicorn make sure you get the latest blinds and fly screens !!!Dealers been brilliant but id rather be able to use my van trouble free!Simply not good enough!update! claim rejected, Bailey say cupboards should all be emptied before travel!!! prospective users / buyers you have been warned!!
