Staff were friendly and helpful but car was incorrectly booked in under the wrong name and they had not booked a courtesy car despite us moving our appointment specifically to do so. Cannot fault the staff but the admin/booking side needs vastly improved

Car booked in for service and mot. Named person kept me updated as to how my car was doing. It needed some work to be done. All done and I collected it next day washed and cleaned inside.

Bought my car from Arnold Clark (another branch) and from day 1 I had issues - so they suggested me to contact the nearest service, which is this branch. The people are friendly, however, that's all. nothing is getting fixed. I had to make 3 trips and finally ride the car with them so that they can see the big error on the dash. This just shows that they didn't even drive the car to see the fault! I have put hours and hours of my time just to submit/collect the car again and again (8 times in total). Another interesting suggestion they had about the tyre loosing pressure constantly was to top it up every time I use the car :D They work like they are in another business than cars! Another thing was about them changing the back window of the car - but guess what? they broke the back wipers while doing that and totally ignored the fact that they broke it - again I had to go there 3 times just to get this fixed. Don't get me wrong... they are friendly but they don't do much... Each time I went there I had a list of things that I wanted to be checked and almost all of them were ignored. How do I know that? because I was angry and requested to drive the car with the mechanic; as soon as we started driving, the faults show themselves and the mechanic was like: yeah there must be something wrong! I can go on and on about how they wasted my hours!

Friendly helpful staff a totally no hassle efficient service. Special mention to Tracy in service department who is extremely helpful

KEEP THE MONEY.Simple inspection, found the fault and sent me a video. All fantastic. I paid the £300 in advance through the app. Since then my journey with Arnold Clark has been depressing. So much so that I have decided to go and get the work carried out somewhere else. You can keep my £300. Not because I'm rich. I'm not, but because it will serve as a £300 lesson that I should never use this company again. It's a fair price to pay, if i avoid the carnage in my life after being introduced to this business.

Turned up for 830am service appointment in Dundee only to be told that courtesy car which had been booked well in advance was not available due to courtesy car not being returned from the day before
