Found ‘New Cross Services Ltd’ as a result of a Google search, my laptop had a faulty screen and l was looking for somebody to fix it.Luckily l found Mick who quickly diagnosed the problem, advised me of costs of parts and labour, and how long everything would take.Within 3 days l had the laptop back expertly repaired.Thank you, a really good efficient, professional and friendly service.

Michael fixed my overheating laptop by cleaning it thoroughly inside. I called for an appointment at 1pm, he was able to see me immediately and my laptop was ready to collect by 4pm. Really pleased with his fast, friendly and great value service

Michael was amazing, he kept me updated the entire time and was completely transparent about what he needed to do to fix my laptop. A brilliant service from Michael of New Cross Services. He is thorough and professional and can identify in short order any fault with your computer, which he always takes time and patience to explain. Prices too are very competitive, and as an added bonus he always texts after business is concluded to make sure everything is working as it should. Highly recommended.

UPDATE 29.10.21*I had to take my son's PC into Mick this week and I'm continually impressed with the service that he provides. The job was completed promptly and expertly. Before finding Mick it was an absolute nightmare trying to find someone who could fix the various computer related issues that I have had. Mick provides a transparent, quick, friendly and cost effective service and I really cannot recommend New Cross Services and Mick enough. If you have the need, do yourself a favour and contact him, you won't regret it!I have used New Cross Services a few times now and they have never let me down! Mick is very easy to deal with and explains things clearly and concisely making it easy to understand the work he has done which is invaluable to a non computer person like myself! I have had both minor and more serious PC issues fixed by Mick and each time the work was completed promptly, professionally and for an extremely reasonable and competitive cost. I cannot recommend Mick and New Cross Services enough! Five stars!

He was supposed to fix a physical screen issue, nothing related to the pc’s motherboard but managed to destroy the motherboard. I do not recommend, very dishonest person trying to find other reasons for my pc to not turn on rather than his own mistake. Had to send back to the producing company which told me the computer cannot be fixed anymore. 2k in the void, do not go to this guy.
