From the showroom visit to the measuring up and the installation of our shutters and blinds we have been really impressed and pleased with every aspect of Horizon Plantation Shutters as a company. Great people to deal with right from the off and the product is excellent, we are very happy with our purchase and the installation by Charlie was really excellent, he did such a good job, such a respectful and polite man. I'd have no hesitation in having them back to do more work.

We had a very unique need. Living in a villa in Madeira with arched door/windows. No-one on the island could provide plantation shutters. We did our own measurements ( my husband is a CAD expert) and Tony at Horizon worked with us. We went around the design a few times, they took a while to make and Tony found a shipper to get them to Lisbon. We used a forwarding agent to get them to Madeira. We took a while to find a local carpenter to install. The end result is worth it. They fit perfectly and look amazing!! There are two bedrooms with floor to ceiling glass doors and one with a half" window. I highly recommend this company although I am sure it's easier if you live in the UK!"

I placed my order back in April and was quoted 10-12 weeks delivery. After 10 weeks my plantation shutters arrived.Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Many thanks to Aaron who quoted and later surveyed, Donna at the office for keeping me informed and up to date with everything and Mark for fitting.I absolutely love them and wouldn't hesitate recommending Horizon Shutters.

We’ve just had shutters fitted front and back of our house and we are extremely happy with them. The service from the ordering to the fitting was very professional and the shutters were a great price too! All of the team that came out to our home to measure and install were friendly and respectful. Mark the fitter was great and even took his shoes off on our new carpets without being asked and he took the time to explain how to use and care for them. This is our best purchase in a while as they are excellent quality and make the rooms look elegant. I also think they’ve made the rooms warmer. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Horizon, so once again thank you. I will definitely use you again.
