Fantastic salon. Claire and her staff offer excellent customer service and all the staff are trained to a high standard in cutting and colouring. My family ( three daughters ) and l have been a customer for over 25 years. Can highly recommend this salon - particularly at this time- COVID-19. Every safety measure has been put in place for each customers welfare . Thank you to everyone at Cream Hair Design - keep up the good work.

I’m visiting from London and Cream Design was recommended. Ryan and Jake absolutely brilliant guys! Jake’s hair wash was very relaxing and gave a good scrub as I asked. Ryan amazing hair stylist knew exactly what to do with my hair, turned out stunning. Thank you. I will 200% be coming on my next visit.

Claire and Team Cream Hair Design have always given exceptional customer service on every occasion over the years that I have visited them in their Bedford Place salon, which is I must just add Is another hidden gem of Southampton. Ryan and Emily are great stylists and I have always felt that Claire has created such a welcoming environment for her clients, and her team whoever they might be seem to grow and develop their skills within the Cream environment. They are a very friendly bunch who I feel rise to any challenge and make every client who walks through their door welcomed and a friend.I look forward to returning again and sitting in their massage chair!

I have been using Cream for more years than I care to mention and the reason I return time after time is not just the quality of service and excellent cuts (even for someone like me who is fighting a losing hair battle) but the also the staff. Friendly, fun, professional, knowledgable and above all, caring. Several of them have become close friends of mine over the years. Highly recommended for gents and ladies alike. Just roll on the end of lockdown so I can get my Barnet sorted!

Have just been to Creme to have my wig (am having chemotherapy) reshaped to suit my face. Clare was wonderful , she showed me how to place my wig properly and how to care for it. Having never worn a wig before, she styled it beautifully and I feel I can now wear it with confidence. Thank you so much Clare.

I 100% recommend this salon! I attended a Redken training day, had my hair dyed and styled and I was so impressed. Massive thank you to Claire and Jake. All of the staff are so lovely, the atmosphere is brilliant and I am looking forward to booking my next visit! That was my first time going there and they've definitely gained another client. The staff could not do more for you and make the experience relaxing and offer great advice on what you can get done for regular cuts and special occasions.
