My property in Oadby was recently gutted and refurbished by Kaushal and his team. This included plasterboarding, electric rewire, brickwork, replumb, bathroom fitting, window and door fitting and much, much more.The quality and workmanship throughout was amazing. I have never dealt with a builder who took so much pride in their work.One thing that really impressed me too was his communication. We contacted several prospective building companies to complete a single storey side extension and an extensive renovation project to include a new kitchen installation, and complete renovation of kitchen, lounge, porch and hallway from top to bottom. Unfortunately, the majority of companies we contacted were only interested in building the shell for the side extension, however, we needed a professional outfit that would cater for all our requirements, ultimately to save us considerable time, money and headache. Kaushal from KMG Builders was the only person to carefully listen to and assess our multiple requirements. He put forward a carefully thought out quotation encompassing all requirements with an indicative payment plan aligned to the completion of each phase of the project. Kaushal and his team commenced the project on time and they turned up on time each day and worked diligently throughout the entire time they were on site. Kaushal's work ethic and attention to detail is on a different level. He has the foresight to highlight any potential snag/issue, fix it and explain what he had done. On the odd occasion we came across any minor snag/issue, he would take time to listen to any concern and provide a swift resolution without any fuss whatsoever. Naturally, a few additional requirements came up throughout the project - again, these were not an issue and were dealt with pragmatically. We also decided to use a painter/decorator recommended by Kaushal to enhance the extensive work completed by KMG. The project overran by approximately one week (target completion was three months), however, that was only due to Kaushal and his wife being blessed with a new arrival towards the end of the project. Given Kaushal's professionalism, work ethic, time keeping, and quality of workmanship, we would not hesitate to recommend KMG Builders to complete your next building/renovation project. Simply a pleasure to deal with.
