Lost the sale of a new tyre as the young lad just made feel inferior and silly (I’m still quite new to e-bikes). Not helpful at all apart from “oh you can bring it in if you like”. Think he was more bothered about talking to his mate sat there than dealing with a sale.All I wanted was a replacement tyre for butcher grid t7 or equivalent and the lad just kept reading off all this stuff which made no sense to me what so ever. Not impressed, glad this happened with just a tyre sale instead of getting my e-bike serviced.

Just what i was looking for a local independent bike shop, fitted me in for a gear service and all done within a few hours same day, good price as well. Test ride seems to confirm all fixed now, great service and good people, highly recommended.

Had a faulty free hub and main shop wouldn’t fix it even though my bike was under warranty, so thought support the local smaller shops and try Cykel House, turn around was excellent, they happen to have a hub in stock and fitted and was back with me the next day, staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions I had about the parts fitted, highly recommend, support local businesses, will use them again, thanks

I ordered some Öhlins suspension kit from Cykel House recently. I was impressed with the website which was super easy to use and gave great detail. Ordering was easy, and when the kit arrived I had to wait for a service appointment at my local bike shop to have it fitted.I had some concerns about whether the shock would clear the frame on my bike as it was larger than the item I was replacing. Gavin answered my questions promptly and clearly, and offered a route to swap it for another item in case there might be a problem - ultimately the parts fit just fine and have proved to be a fantastic upgrade for my bike.I'll definitely shop here again, and might even pop in next time I'm in Yorkshire. Recommended.
