Access Self Storage Sunbury

Customer service is excellent from all the staff I dealt with in Sunbury branch. Everyone was extremely helpful from the 1st contact. Alysha showed me various units inside as I wasn't sure about the size I needed. In general, it's very easy to access the branch and there is plenty of space to park the car.

Excellent self storage facility. Completely safe and secure. The site is always clean and tidy. The loading bay, lift, corridors and toilet are well maintained. Fantastic and friendly support staff that go out of their way to help and advise on the best storage solution. I've been with them for 8.9 years now and expect to be there for many more years to come. There's always a warm welcome from Duncan & Dan. It is properly maintained and the building is kept clean and tidy - just the way I like it!

I've been with them for 9 years now and expect to be there for many more years to come. It started off as a decluttering exercise, now it's like an extension of our home. We rely on it to avoid cluttering up our living space. There's always a warm welcome from Duncan & Dan. There are great local amenities: massive supermarket, petrol station, restaurant & takeaway, a couple of DIY/tool suppliers, and local shops. Not far from major shopping towns. Transport routes and connections are also great. There is a train station within walking distance which is very convenient when I don't have the car. The M3 is close by so easy routes out west and to the M25. Check it out!

Customer service from the Sunbury Team is excellent. Dan has been a blessing with all our concerns and given us so much positive information regarding to my home storage, and gave me a great deal from the start. They are a professional team, with a relaxed approach, always willing to help. This is my second time using Sunbury Access Self Storage, and not my last.
